- Undertake primary and secondary research to help generate and manage a relevant database of prospective members across geographic locations in Delhi NCR. Data should be captured so as to help identify potential members across industries, professional disciplines, gender, etc. based on the existing and expected membership mix

- Identify prospective members as per the defined membership matrix and help evaluate their fit and suitability for membership application to The Quorum

- Take Non- Digital Outreach Initiatives

- Gather feedback on the performance of all sales activities

- Ensure adherence to prescribed sales processes and standards

- Establish contact and develop relationships with existing and prospective members

- Keep abreast of current trends across domains and industries, market activities and competition

- Collaborate with sales leadership to help meeting predetermined revenue goals
