The Pasta Bowl Company - Senior Manager/AGM - Corporate Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Overview: The Senior Manager/AGM - Corporate Finance & FP&A will lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This role will manage capital structure, funding strategies, and investment activities, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Develop and implement long-term financial plans.

- Lead the annual budgeting process.

- Align financial plans with business strategy.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Oversee financial report preparation.

- Provide analysis and interpretation of financial data.

- Monitor financial performance and identify trends.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

- Lead the forecasting process.

- Maintain financial models for business planning.

- Coordinate budget inputs from various departments.

Corporate Finance:

- Led and develop the FP&A and corporate finance teams.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Guide on complex financial issues.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with investors, auditors, and regulators.

- Communicate financial performance to the executive team and board.

- Build relationships with financial institutions.

Qualifications: Education: MBA along with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred
