5. Quality Control:
- Set and maintain high standards for food and service quality.
- Implement quality assurance processes and training programs.
6. Staff Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
7. Customer Experience:
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements.
8. Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee licensing requirements and inspections.
9. Event Planning:
- Plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and campaigns.
10. Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of technological trends in the F&B industry.
- Implement relevant technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior F&B management roles.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, products, and services.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is a plus.
