Spirit of The/Nudge: Honesty towards our purpose | Empathy towards others | Continuous innovation | Focused on scale | Impatience towards our goals About the role: In this role, you will be primarily responsible for lead generation and acquisition of new donors (foundations and corporates) to support our work on poverty alleviation Responsibilities: - Build a strong pipeline of relevant and interested partners to support skill development, rural development, women empowerment, livelihoods, economic empowerment etc. - Front end the organization as an effective spokesperson with prospective donor organization - Understand, absorb and create compelling and customized proposals - Own donor acquisition and responsible for meeting the fundraising goals of The/Nudge to support our ambitious growth plans - Support the partner management team in front-ending renewals/upsells with existing partners - Conceptualize, design and implement fundraising campaigns and events.
