The Mosaic Company - Assistant Manager - Sales Accounting/Account Receivable

PURPOSE OF POSITION (2 OR 3 BRIEF SENTENCES):

Responsible for complete sales accounting work. The main responsibilities includes timely & accurate monthly closing of sales invoicing, calculation of discount accruals as per approved schemes, calculation and issuance of credit notes to distributors, generation of subsidy claims, subsidy information to DoF and manage closure of audit related to sales accounting work.

Sales Accounting

- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly closing of sales invoicing.

- Prepare discount accruals for all states and ensure timely disbursal of credit note to the channel partners.

- Preparation and circulation of AR \ credit report to HQ and Sales Team.

- Timely and accurate calculation of subsidy revenue in financials

- Manage BHA provisions, ensure timely payments and stock adjustments for all shortages/Losses at BHA levels into SAP

- Generation of subsidy claims, ensure timely and accurate Subsidy audit and filing with DOF (DAP & MOP), MIS on Proforma B. Prepare and file costing data to DOF for DAP & MOP. Submission of quarterly costing data to FICC (Fertilizer Industry Coordination Committee)

- Responsible for review of information related to creation of master data for appointment of new distributors / BHA in SAP.

- Responsible for system readiness in terms of creation of all potential route and ship to party to ease the billing process. Reporting of MIS related to location wise daily stock report, collection and credit monitoring.

- Interact and manage auditors (Statutory, US GAAP and internal) and support sales accounting team for closure of audit.

Education : CA/MBA with 3-5 years of work experience in Account Receivable Role & SAP Knowledge is must.
