Assistant Manager -HR & Admin
The Job Holder shall be responsible for the below mentioned activities:
- HR Operations (Joining, Induction, Insurance, Full & Final Settlement, Reports to Global HR Team, Safety, Leave Management),
- Managing Payroll operations including coordination with Payroll Vendor
- Talent Acquisition
- Supporting in all Employee Engagement Activities & Training Co-ordination
- Facilities Management (Including Office Administration & Vendor Management)
- Support HR audit with accurate data, records, analysis and reconciliation as required by the auditor
- Employee Query Management
- Employee Database Management : Manage all employee database on Workday - hire, promotion, change/ transfer, exit and benefits. Liaise with HRIS team to resolve workday related concerns. Maintain confidentiality of all employee data. Ensure documentation in personnel files - joining formalities, confirmation, salary revision, promotion, resignation and full and final settlement
