1 Training Needs Analysis and Training Calendar
Liaison with Operations and other functions to identify training needs and schedule relevant interventions
2 New Hires Training
Conduct New Hires Training for all new staff.
3 Refresher and Soft Skills Training
Plan, coordinate and conduct classroom programs or on-job instructions as per requirement. Participate in improving VOC Scores. Training quality to be measured by upward movement in VOC scores.
4 Brand Training and Offers Training
Organize Brand Trainings based on Sales plan. Plan, coordinate and conduct New Offers training for all AOMs and ensure all staff are subsequently trained. Training quality to be measured by store performance.
5 Content Development
Develop or assist in content development activity locally / nationally
6 Process Compliance and Reporting
Ensure Process Compliance awareness at stores. Timely submission of MIS as required
