- As a Business Director - Digital Media Planner, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital media campaigns.
- You will develop and execute innovative strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve brand objectives.
- Your expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, and analytics will be essential in maximizing our ROI and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans that align with brand objectives, audience segmentation, and campaign goals.
- Plan across multiple digital channels, including social, search, display, video, and mobile.
- Optimize media plans based on performance data and industry trends.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns from briefing, execution, to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI across paid digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on media spend efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable media rates.
Brand & Campaign Innovation:
- Identify and implement new media trends and opportunities for brand engagement.
- Lead efforts to experiment with new formats, emerging platforms, and innovations in the digital space.
- Develop creative and engaging digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with brand managers, creative teams, external media partners, and ad tech platforms to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
- Build strong relationships and foster collaboration within the team and with external partners.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and execution.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, including social, search, display, video, and mobile.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
