Job Role
- To Lead and manage a sales team of 3+ BDE's in order to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and query handling.
- Diversifying the sources of business generation by making strategic tie-ups with the prospective business partners and thus growing the city's revenue.
- Achieve turnover & profit targets, and have a keen focus on achieving the supply target with his / her team
- Effectively communicate the operations and sales strategy of an area to all the Business Development Executives
- Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.
- Hire new recruits and Train the entire sales team about process and product to get the maximum out of the team.
- Formulate the targets and incentives of the sales team of the area.
- Acquiring and managing critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing
- Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work
Skills Required
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Team Management: Experience of handling team is a must.
- Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking
- Entrepreneurial skills will be preferred
- Prior experience of mid size portfolio management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- 3 - 5 years of relevant Work Experience
