- The Head- Online Sales will be responsible for the leadership and strategic and operational support of all Online employees in our Chennai location.
- Heading the profit center and being accountable for the growth of the business.
- Conceptualizing and implementing business plans in tandem with the vision of the business unit and the organization.
- Innovate and Improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Liaise with Sourcing, Marketing and other personnel to increase solution offering.
