Job Objective : Conducting & managing legal affairs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting/ vetting of the Stores Leave & License/ Lease/Deed/Agreements/ LOI/ Maintenance /CAM Agreement/ any Business Conducting Agreement, including registration & similar formalities
- Contract renewals for vendors & partners
- To Comply/ Settle/ Attend Legal matters at court/Departments
- Take requisite opinion from legal experts, identify and onboard legal professionals for representing company matters before any authority on need basis in consultation with Internal stakeholders & CFC
- Application/ renewal /cancellation/amendment of various license & permissions namely Shop & Estb, Trade License, 365 Days License , any other for operating store, offices etc
- Create & Maintain MIS for Retail Store ,Partner , various license & permissions, Service agreements (HR & Administration, Marketing , SCM , IT etc ), Labour compliances , IPR & TM matters etc, collaborate for action with different functions to ensure business & organisational continuity
- Provide Legal Advisory to different functions basis laws , regulations & internal policies, maintain corporate governance.
Qualification Law Graduate, preferable LLM / CS (Addl Qlf)
