The House of Rare - Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

Job Objective : Financial Accounting , Financial reporting & Audits

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain & periodically Review Chart of Accounts, cost center / Profit center

- Review General Ledger and ensure accounting of all expenses - OPEX & CAPEX on an ongoing basis

- Review Open Purchase orders, including need to provision Expense for pending Invoices

- Maintaining & Updating Fixed Asset, Monthly depreciation accounting, including accounting of Addition or deletion (retiral / scrapping etc ) of Assets

- Coordinate & collaborate with various stakeholders both internal (different divisions of Finance) as well other functions for Monthly Closure of books of accounts

- Continuous Review of Process & controls, implement improved version in sync with amended accounting policies and accounting standards

- Finalisation of Books of accounts on Quarterly & Yearly basis

- Preparation of Financial Statements P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement

- Assisting Chief Financial Controller for completion of Internal Audits , Including implementation of Recommendations in sync with Organization needs

- Assisting Chief Financial Controller for completion of Statutory Audit , Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing , Including filing of various Returns as applicable

Qualification : Commmerce Graduate with CA

Experience:

- 8 - 10 years experience , with atleast 2 years in a similar profile

- Proficient in Excel

- Should have exposure to Ginesys, Oracle , SAP or any other similar ERP

- Fluency in Spoken and written English
