The Home Salon is a rapidly growing consumer services brand, delivering beauty services to women at home. Part of the French conglomerate Jean-Claude Biguine Salons & Spa, The Home Salon is looking for a Social Media & Content Marketer who is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. Creating meaningful engagement with potential customers and current customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of building brand awareness through various Social Media Channels.

- Will be responsible for community building and participation. An essential component of the job is communicating the company's brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today's modern, hyper-connected buyers.

- The Social Media Marketer is someone who's always eager to learn, as it's a crucial component to their success. Needs to be updated with the best practices in social and digital marketing.

The following are some of the primary responsibilities :

- Identifying target customers and their consumptions patterns across various online platforms

- Building a visual design and web development strategy

- Working with the agency to create an in-depth content strategy

- Building a promotion strategy based on the targets and content strategy

- Preparing a conversion tracking strategy & mechanism for each campaign

- The Social Media Marketer will also execute campaigns, manage properties and monitor effectiveness at all levels.

This includes :

- Planning and goal setting

- Development of brand awareness and online reputation

- Content management

- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

- Cultivation of leads and sales

Content Management will include :

- Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.

- Create a regular publishing schedule.

- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

- Promote content through social advertising.

- Identify all the social channels that can be leveraged.

- Also work on affiliate marketing which helps generate online content & build and online presence

Requirements :

- A degree in media / marketing management

- Work experience of a minimum 2 years in a content driven role

- Excellent communicator (written & verbal)

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Understanding of online platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.

- Ability to create content

- Understanding on the industry & its products

Salary range: 6 - 10 LPA
