The Service Delivery Manager will have end to end responsibility of the service delivery process from the time an order is received by The Home Salon till the time it is executed i.e. till the last mile delivery. Some of the responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing order flow from different sources - web/phone/app

- Managing order assignment to service provider by running scenario analysis and other optimization techniques

- Coordinating and monitoring lead time from order assignment to delivery

- Handling security

- Managing order delivery

- Managing customer payments - cash/credit card/wallet/payment gateway

- Managing payment reconciliations

- Handling service provider payments and settlements

- Managing key relationships such as payment vendors, banks and payment gateways

A typical candidate would have a either a MBA degree with operations/consulting/start up experience of over 2 years OR with an undergraduate degree and over 3 years of experience in consulting/operations/startup. Prior consulting experience will be a plus!

The selected candidate would be reporting to the Founding team and would be working with them closely to constantly evolve the Service Delivery process.

Compensation will be at market and ESOPs will also be available.
