The successful candidate is responsible for driving new member acquisition across the network of The Hive Collaborative Workspaces, building the brand Hive and forging strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and ecosystem players.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and oversee acquisition marketing performance (including SEM, SEO and Paid Social), and drive local campaigns
- Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
- Finding, closing deals and managing brokers relationships in a professional, accurate and organized way
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, opportunities and trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and expansions that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Brand Building and Management
Experience & Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years- experience in a marketing, business development, sales or consulting role
- Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree.
- Highly organized with attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal skills
- Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
