The Hive - Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

This position is responsible for revenue and expense accounting at the Company, and to set-up finance and control processes as the company rapidly scales up. This individual will maintain general ledger accounts, prepare research and analysis on expense accounting, prepare reconciliations, and produce accounting and financial reports.

Key responsibilities include - 

- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files

- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes

- Review customer arrangements to conclude the appropriate revenue recognition treatment and to identify any issues

- Support the year-end financial statement audit

- Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for management review as needed

Experience & Requirements:

- CA or equivalent degree

- 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including a mix of public and private accounting experience

- Able to work comfortably under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations in a high growth environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills solving skills
