Role :


- Compliant handling


- Meet the customer for resolution of complaints to build a better brand


- Work closely with Manufacturing team to get the investigation done for complaints


Requirements :


- Candidates must have worked in Technical Marketing for a medical device company. Preferably in sutures business.

- Must be conversant about the various surgical application of the products.

- Should have experience with meeting the keys customer like surgeons, hospital administration, operation theater nurses. Should have done practical OT sampling
