Job Description :
We are currently looking for someone to manage our sales, marketing and day-to-day operations in Pune offering a lot of support from our Head Office. We are looking for someone who is organized, adventurous and up for a challenge. Typically, we have found in other metros that the right candidate for this role does not necessarily come from a sales background (although it is a bonus!) but would most importantly have an entrepreneurial spirit, want to gain an understanding and experience of launching a new brand in a market and would preferably have some knowledge of the restaurant/ hotel industry.
Projecting and achieving quarterly and annual sales by :
1. Opening institutional accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, sports clubs and embassies)
2. Using our field sales tracker and personal meetings, monitor the teams performance to ensure reorder of product from accounts. In cases of slow reorder, visit the accounts personally with the institutional team member to discuss issues and suggest solutions (from a suite of options provided by the marketing team at the Pune HQ).
3. Supporting the retail sales team, resolving queries and monitoring performance. In the case of slow reorders, visit the Retail Head Office with retail team members to suggest solutions.
4. Building a good rapport with the retail and institutional distributors, monitoring stock levels through your team members.
5. While the in-store/ in-account marketing campaigns and activities will be developed from our Pune HQ, we will require support for the execution of these in the Pune market. Additionally, we would require your suggestions for how we can build awareness of Good Juicery, amongst influencers and our target audience (examples include presence at events, seeding the product to influencers, suggesting collaborations with like-minded brands, setting up GJ bars at events to promote sampling etc). Upon approval, we would then require you to execute these, with the support of your team.
6. Conceptualizing and executing Trade Marketing activities to increase the potential reorders from existing accounts.
7. Managing proper execution of scheduled promotional events/ in-store sampling campaigns across India.
8. Ensuring effective implementation of all sales promotions across India.
