Job Responsibilities:
- Owning the sales of e-commerce marketplaces & own website
- Owning pricing and discount strategies & new launches on various platforms
- Strategically driving sales and brand growth on the e-commerce platforms and achieving the revenue targets
- Owning sales spends & strategically planning on various platforms & own website
- Strategic inputs into improving sale & growth on various platforms & own website
- Onboarding new marketplaces & Ensuring the product catalogue quality
- Coordination & relationship management with various internal & external stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Hiring required resources & mentoring them to perform
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors/Masters degree with 2-4 years experience in e-Commerce/ marketplace management
- Street smart, with a knack for delivering results on time
- Ability to work with a team and stakeholders and understands relationship management
- Creativity & enthusiasm to learn
- Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
- This is an IN-OFFICE, FULL-TIME job, based in BANGALORE (ONLY apply if you are okay with this criteria)
