Job Description:
We seek a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
- Data-driven marketing - Making marketing decisions based on data insights rather than intuition. Analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and interactions. Personalizing marketing efforts for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Paid acquisition strategies - Gaining new customers through paid advertising campaigns. The goal is to invest in paid channels that drive high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) - The process of improving the percentage of visitors who complete a desired action, like making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. If an ad gets high clicks but low purchases, CRO strategies can help improve the landing page experience to increase sales.
This role requires expertise in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across multiple channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, PPC, and paid social advertising.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure campaign success.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion into additional marketing channels.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital businesses.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page optimization.
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Strong communication.
- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and marketing automation is a plus.
