Job Title : Sales Manager

Location : Pune

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Identify business opportunities and prospects and evaluate their position in the industry.

- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization

- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries at a managerial level

- Gathering market and customer information;

- Sell product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects by recommending solutions..

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and successfully close sales

- Formulate strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets

- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews

- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team.

- Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to meet pre-determined revenue goals.

Qualifications :

- MBA / PGDBM or any relevant degree from a reputed institute.

- Having 3 years of prior experience working as a Sales Executive/Manager.

- Having prior experience working with an Advertising agency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
