Your main responsibilities will include : - Working with case teams on expert research and assisting case teams with local and global Change Management requests as well as a mix of general requests related to people strategy and organization design - Providing thought partnership and expert source know-how to case and topic/sector teams - Sharing topic insights and points of view more broadly within the firm - Provide and deliver quality analytical assessment and insights - Providing specialized analytical services in planning and executing high quality analyses utilizing (advanced) analytical methods - Gathering knowledge on new approaches, insights, and best practices at the end of each Change Management case - Contributing to BCG's growing knowledge base - Learning the business and building expertise - Contributing to Change Management studies and flagship publications Job responsibilities : Work with case (and proposal) teams - Partnering with case teams to identify and address critical knowledge needs - In most cases serving as an advisor to a team for a short period or throughout a case and in proposal phases - Providing customized knowledge for client work; preparing accurate, well-developed documents and analysis - Delivering analysis (for key change management surveys) and insights to case teams; providing thought partnership - With guidance from Knowledge Expert and/or Lead Knowledge Analyst, identifying the right experts and resources to best support the teams and connects him/her with requester - Liaising with DRS (Data and Research Services) and other support teams as necessary to ensure that requests for expertise are addressed appropriately - Liaising with PBU (Product Business Unit) as necessary to support case team analysis requests for Change Management survey - In partnership with other team members, developing intellectual capital to drive innovation in change management offering - Proactively working with case teams to collect, synthesize, and analyze case team learning and input into new knowledge products (vignettes, experience), including full sanitization/KM upload Work with topic/sector teams : - Actively managing and maintaining detailed topic databases, credentials, and KM site content - Improving Change Management applications, methodology and tools and having general product management responsibilities - Building own Change Management network and thereby also extending overall BCG Change Management network : - Support marketing and commercialization efforts of Smart Simplicity team - Building and updating new topic-/sector-related customized knowledge products - Reviewing knowledge products and ensuring they are current and relevant; updating when appropriate - Writing abstracts and navigation materials for topic, project, and PA materials - Collaborating on the PA's intellectual-capital development such as tier ones and publications - Contributing to content development around the topic for PA meetings and trainings YOU'RE GOOD AT : Personal attributes : - Interest in developing expertise in the People & Organization space, especially change management, organizational effectiveness, behavior - Strong interpersonal credibility;
