We're seeking an experienced Growth & Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our business on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and food platforms like Swiggy, Zomato.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition and retention, and enhance the customer experience on quick commerce and food platforms.
2. Analyze market trends and competition: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, and others.
3. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs): Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
4. Onboard on new platforms: Lead the onboarding process for new quick commerce and food platforms, ensuring seamless integration and effective management.
5. Negotiations for the brand: Conduct negotiations with quick commerce and food platforms to secure favorable terms, optimize brand presence, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or food delivery: Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or food delivery, with a focus on growth strategy and management.
3. Proven track record of driving growth and revenue: A demonstrated ability to drive growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify insights, and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills: The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and platform partners.
Nice to Have:
1. MBA or advanced degree: An advanced degree in business or a related field.
2. Experience working with quick commerce platforms: Experience working directly with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or others.
3. Knowledge of data analytics tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
4. Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce: Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce, such as Google Analytics certification or HubSpot certification.
