Roles and Responsibility:

1. Manage day-to-day operations

2. Make a new process to run daily tasks smoothly

3. Make reports for stocks and inventory

4. Find new vendors for raw material

5. Make daily work schedule

6. Interact with vendors for procurement

7. Write emails and marketing content

8. Work on finance and be responsible for department level P&L

9. Hire appropriate candidates and build strong team
