- Sr. IT Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local, national and international recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.


- He/ she is also responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients recruitment needs and requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Expertise in IT Staffing for Permanent roles.

- Good Exposure & knowledge on all IT Skill sets across domains.

- Experience in working and closing Niche IT Skills.

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Sourcing (Portals/Social Media), Screening, Shortlisting and in initial level of interview.

- Be able to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.

- Possess strong ability to screen and interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate.


- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

- Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within the company's budget.

- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

- Ability to manage, multitask and deliver for multiple requirements, bulk hiring, walk-ins and campus hiring as and when required.
