- Self-driven and motivated with Business Development skills - A sound knowledge of financial markets, ability to build and establish long term relationships with clients and funds - Conduct research on information such as financial data on client and competitor trends, target clients, products and/or market profiles to support the overall strategic planning process. - Identify specific initiatives to drive revenue increase - Actively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders i.e. corporates and investment funds - Contributes to the development of communication of strategies - Comfortable dealing with clients/senior executives on a regular or ad hoc basis - Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals - Minimum 3 years of prior work experience preferred with a background in client service in investment banking
