Currently hiring for role of Textile Designer for Delhi Location.The opportunity is with a leading brand.

Experience: 8yrs -10 yrs

Mandatory Educational Qualification: Graduate/PG in Textile design (NIFT / Pearl pass out from 2002 to 2004).

Role Objective

- To conceptualize and propose stories and palettes for each season for all product categories, according to the seasonal trends, based on the product brief, & deliver innovative and commercial textile designs in accordance with brand identity/brand promise.

- Plan work in order to ensure timelines of T&A are met and show the initiative to take timely corrective action to avoid any delays.

- To maintain contribution rate of textile design every season and consistently grown season on season by ensuring innovative “Must-Have “ideas.

- Devise and facilitate a Formal Presentation technique for initial thoughts and brainstorming on stories at the start of every season based on formats as set and ensure bestseller move-ons are designed with enough differentiation in color and pattern from previous season and also identify missing areas and new product opportunities.

- Add one big new GTM (Go-To-Market) idea every season.

- To ensure an integrated and coordinated look is developed across product categories for each story/season in an innovative manner- e.g. bottoms and dupatta co-ordinates.

- Create innovative prints, techniques and layouts and propose new ways of applying the prints to garments.
