Position : Manager People Operation

Position opened for two location are :

1) Texport Industries Pvt Ltd Block No 3, No 106/1, Kenchanahalli, Mysore

2) Texport Industries Pvt Ltd Hindupur

- The Manager-People Operation will perform day-to-day activities of People Management department, the candidate should possess solid organizational skills, be self-driven, highly disciplined and be familiar with the entire gamut of HR functions. Ensure smooth operations of the department with no delays in completing tasks.

- Responsible for Manpower Sourcing, Compliance, Grievance, Payroll & Statutory, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee engagement , Exit Interviews, FnF , MIS report & disciplinary action etc.

- Ensure implementation of compliance with regulatory or statutory laws and Buyers COC/Global Compliance Principles, and sustain the code of ethics throughout the factory.

- Sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of WRAP, BSCI, SADEX, C-TPAT & ISO.

Qualification : MSW, MBA, LLB

- Experience : + 8 to 15 years, worked with the larger apparel exports manufacturing industry.

- Gross salary : Company standard and not a constraint for the right candidate

- Excellent communication /interpersonal ,leadership, management skills and advance excel

- Exposure to 5S,Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
