Texmaco Nymwag Rail & Component - Finance Controller - CA

Financial Accounting and Reporting:

1. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

2. Smooth Maintenance of accounts Payable and accounts receivable process by ensuring all Accounts Payable and Receivable within permissible credit limit & credit days

3. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with IND-AS.

4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

5. Collaborate with other functions and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost accounting and project financials.

6. Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable

Taxation and Compliance:

1. Stay updated on direct /indirect tax laws and regulations, IND-AS, Corporate Laws

2. Manage tax planning and compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, withholding tax, GST , FEMA

3. Prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns, ensuring compliance with deadlines and minimizing tax liabilities. Exposure to International taxation preferred

4. Conduct tax audits, coordinate with tax authorities, consultants for assessments, litigations

Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

2. Monitor and track budget utilization, providing variance analysis and recommendations for cost control.

3. Collaborate with other HODs to develop accurate project budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections.

4. Generation of Periodical MIS

Internal Controls and Audit:

1. Establish and maintain robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets, Inventory and ensure compliance.

2. Reconciliation of Inventory, Payable and Receivables

3. Ensures that all financial process have SOP compliance adhered to

4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring timely completion and addressing audit findings.

5. Implement recommendations from audits to improve financial controls and processes.

Banking & Treasury

1. Preparation of data for Bank Loans , Renewals and Ratings

2. Manages Debt and Equity financing

3. Handling of Treasury management, Non Fund Based limits from Banks, Foreign/Domestic LCs, BGs,TTs.
