Roles and Responsibilities:
ISO certificate or equivalent. 5 + yrs Relevant experience in QMS
1. To be Responsible for all Quality Aspects at TAU
2. To provide advice and expertise on TAU's quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures.
3. To ensure a responsive and high quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. To ensure that TAU's quality Policy processes and procedures serve its mission, strategic plan and operational needs and objectives.
5. To ensure that TAU's quality processes and procedures comply with HPCZ or any other statutory and regulatory bodies which are coming under our purview
6. To ensure that critical documents such as Policies, SOP, Procedures, annexures to procedures, etc are formatted, serialled, updated and appropriately documented.
7. To take all action needed for continuous improvement / enhancements to the QMS systems/process and subsequent dissemination/training of the same to the respective departments and stake holds which is the need of the hour.
8. Responsible for reporting all suspected or actual incidents of malpractice.
9. To oversee the University's response to and ensure implementation of the TAU quality policy and requirements of DETC, ISO, NAC, CAAM-HP or any other statutory and regulatory bodies. To coordinate with all departments and collate information that is required for accreditation of TAU with various statutory and regulatory bodies.
10. To take all action needed for continuous improvement / enhancements to the QMS systems/process and subsequent dissemination/training of the same to the respective departments and stake holds which is the need of the hour
11. Be actively involved designing of Roles & responsibilities, Key Performance indicators for all departments
12. To participate in working groups, committees, validation and review of SOP / policies as required.
13. Responsible to spread QMS Awareness to the entire organization in TAU - Guyana, Campus
14. Conduct review Meeting with the functional heads on the Metrics Analysis of the Guyana teams
15. Documentation
a. Responsible for Structuring the Document Management system and give relevant rights and responsibilities to concerned stake holders
b. Ensure that all approved SOP, Policies are loaded in CRM and is available to relevant stake holder
c. Ensure that all Roles & responsibilities / key performance indicators are loaded in CRM and available to relevant stake holders
16. Works with faculty staff to ensure appropriate actions take place in response to internal and external audits and formulates Faculty response to such audits;
17. Coordinate with external Quality Auditor for all necessary documentation and actionable of non-conformance reports
