Texas Instruments - Financial Planner

Qualification and skills:

- MBA in Finance from a top B-School. Should also have an Electronics/Electrical engineering background

- Ability to influence and coordinate with multiple stakeholders – Business leaders, Global partners, Finance & Operations team

- Basic knowledge of accounting and forecasting

- Expertise in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Comfortable with working closely with senior leaders of the company

- Good communications and interpersonal skills

- Capable of leading projects independently

- Problem-solving skills and attention to details

Role:

Provide leadership to the business and support organizations in all areas of financial planning including the below:

- Strategic partner to the Business Units

- Take care of end-to-end Finance & Operations as per the needs of the business teams

- Overhead planning and control

- Ownership of annual and quarterly forecasting cycles

- Reporting and business metrics

- Financial Analysis to update senior management on projected year-end results
