We are looking for a COO to lead a team of 200 persons and take independent responsibility for a newly operation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, including Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, and achieve targeted Sales and Profits.

Apparel Exports from Vietnam @ $23 Billion, already exceed India's and are growing @ 15% per annum. The Vietnam factory will start operations in October, 2015, we target to grow the zipper business to $ 20 million in 5 years.

Zipper manufacturing is a complex operation, involving automated processes. Machines are mainly from Taiwan and USA. Ensuring consistent quality requires strong emphasis on training, process control, and systems. We believe in Total Quality Management where Lean Manufacturing principles like Kaizens, Poka Yoke, etc; are a practiced on a day to day basis.

100% of the production is custom made, with deliveries starting in a week. The product is a high risk low involvement category for the customer, who has a choice of several approved options specified by their customers. Our brand, TEX is approved by leading International brands like Gap, H&M, Next, JCPenney, Polo Ralph Lauren, Debenhams, Kohl- s, Macys, Tesco and many others. Our competitive edge is quick turn around and excellent after sales support.

Developing and managing Key Accounts, good liaison with local buying offices, and brand building will be the main thrust of Sales and Marketing.

We are looking for a dynamic Engineer with 5-6 years experience in manufacturing, in Automobiles, Engineering or Consumer Durables Industry, with a proven track record of achievements. Experience in Sales and marketing will be an advantage.
