Strategic Lead - Operations


Job Description:


- The Lead - Operations will spearhead seamless and extensive operational cadence, organize high-impact events, and lead effective cross-functional collaboration across academic and corporate delivery of program events and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Operations Management:

- Oversee and ensure smooth execution of campus operations, including facilities, housekeeping, and infrastructure management.

- Monitor and optimize processes for residential and academic facilities to enhance student and staff experiences.

- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.

2. Events Management:

- Plan and execute academic, cultural, and networking events for students, staff, and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.

- Handle logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluations.

3. Workplace Administration:

- Manage office functions, including procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies in administrative functions.

4. Cross-Functional Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Support leadership in aligning operational activities with strategic goals.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, alumni, and partners.

- Address and resolve queries, concerns, and issues proactively to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience in operations, event management, or administration, either in an educational institution or a startup environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with office productivity tools.
