Experience:


- Total Experience Required: 4-8 years in a relevant industry handling Direct Field Sales and Channel/Distribution Partners.


- Experience in selling testing and measuring instruments (similar to Testo products).


Experience in selling to major industrial segments, including:


- HVAC/R


- Power


- Cement


- Steel


- Pharma


- Food


Location : Pune/Mumbai Delhi/Kolkata/Bangalore/Hyderabad


Education : Minimum Qualification: B.E. Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical


- Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering


- Masters degree would be a plus.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.


- Self-motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented.


- Perseverance and patience.


- Good technical understanding and knowledge of measuring instruments.


Responsibilities:


Summary:


- Responsible for development & performance of Distribution/Channel Partner Sales and Direct Sales in the assigned region across various customer segments and strategic markets nationwide.


- Achieve Order Income from assigned customers and penetrate the market on a Sales Region-wise basis.


Sales experience in HVAC/R industries, Pharma industries, for products like:


- Transmitters


- Data loggers


- Thermal imagers


- Flue gas analyzers


- Portable instruments


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct customer visits within the Sales Unit/Sales Region to generate orders with Channel Partners and develop potential customers systematically.


- Identify and exploit up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.


- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.


- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.


- Maintain, develop, and grow Key Accounts business in assigned regions as per plan.


- Provide technical support to existing Channel Partners.


- Increase product-wise sales over the previous year.


- Launch new products to customers and generate a marketing plan for them.


- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.


- Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.


- Follow up on collection of payments and resolve any pending dues with customers in the assigned territory.


Special Work Condition : 80% travel required.
