Testing Technology COE Leader

We have an opportunity for a Testing Technology COE Leader for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Skills and Experience:

14+ Years of Experience in Software Industry. Must have lead any CoE for at least 2 Years

Should have handled large Testing engagement spanning across Manual, Automation, Performance etc..

Should be aware of various Testing related tools in Test Management, Automation, Performance, TDM, and Security Space.

Should have experience in running organization level initiative with team across multiple location.

Should have extensive experience in handling large RFPs and customer Visits / Workshops.

Should have experience of working with Vendors & External Forums.

Should have exposure to various Estimation Models, Metrics programs, Engagement models etc.

Role Description - Technology CoE Lead

Implement industrialization initiative of deploying best practices across various testing engagements.

Participate in the innovation process to enable both Top Down and Bottoms up innovation.

Support Adherence efforts in the projects and work closely with Project Level or BU level process champions to enable better compliance.

Collect Data on the various initiatives and perform trend analysis.

Where required, support RCA for variation.

Able to perform Maturity assessments / Due Diligence - preferable if TPI/QBP assessment skills exist.

Support BD efforts to showcase Testing Technology Capability.
