- For Strategic account delivery 14-16 years testing experience.

- Exp in BFSI domain a must Overseas experience is a MUST Excellent communication and presentation skills .

- Very good experience of creating proposals and estimating large programs / projects .

- Exposure to Sales / Sales support role is a MUST Exposure to END to End SDLC projects.

- 8 + years in Test Management positions .

- Excellent People management skills Managed 100+ member teams

- Experience managing large and complex programs with multi-party / multi-site interactions
