- Take complete responsibility for successful delivery of all allocated project/projects on the parameters of Job Description

- Schedule, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
- Should be able to identify risk/problem areas and resolve the same independently
- Ability to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
- Manages and analyzes business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts
- Ability to provide and review estimates at the project level
- Understands the functional / technical aspects of the product/application being tested in addition to quickly adapt to the domain
- Ability to do root cause analysis and improve turnaround time
- Create and review all periodic/ ad hoc reports along with presenting to client/stakeholders
- Remains on top of the project capturing all matrices defined, tracking for any deviations and applying corrective actions
- Meets SLAs w.r.t. turnaround times for clarifications, escalations, resolutions and action taken
- Ensure excellent quality of deliverables sent out to the customer at all times
- Understands the projects pricing model and billing procedures
- Follows the Mids Valuesin all activities and execution
- Effectively delegates activities within the team and monitors all tasks
- Ensures optimum efficiency and productivity of the team
- Accurately forecasts team utilization and ensures efficiency
- Manages and drives the correct project resource mix
- Conducts trainings in area of specialization or as per project needs
- Reviews performance on an ongoing basis, identifying training and development needs
- Ensures team spirit and constant knowledge sharing within the team
- Establish excellent relationship with the onsite counterparts / team members and collaborate with them to be successful
- Bring the members located onsite and offshore together and create a collaborative environment at the project level
Customer
- Manages client expectations/satisfaction, ensuring that the team and client are working in a conducive and collaborative environment
- Understands the business of the client with the ability to orient and adapt to the client environment quickly and make the project delivery meet the business objectives
- Manages client expectations, continuously trying to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationship
- Ensure all issues are resolved without holding up the project
- Effectively communicates with client ensuring all commitments made are met consistently
- Manages and communicates difficult/sensitive client situations tactfully
- Must maintain a tight communication channel with the customer and contribute strong well documented data points for negotiation
