We have an opportunity for a Program Manager - Testing for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- 14 + years testing experience with atleast 8 + years in Test Management positions.

- Must have managed large transformation projects

- Excellent People management skills - Managed 100+ member teams

- Experience managing large and complex programs with multi-party / multi-site interactions

- Very good experience of creating proposals and estimating large programs / projects.

Primary Skills:

- Should have handled large projects teams

- Excellent leader, leads by example, creating high performance teams & motivating them

- Excellent Function Testing experience along with exposure to non functional testing

- Excellent in project communication & reporting

- Excellent in Risk, Issue & Escalation management,

- Should have decent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
