We have an opportunity for a Test Program Manager- Transformation for one of our client.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving, managing and facilitating the testing transformation initiatives and strategy across multiple accounts and locations.
- Demand partnering with various stakeholders e.g. Account teams, clients, testing practice for identification of transformation opportunities, provide testing SME knowledge in designing the roadmap and drive the change in line with the overall transformation strategy of Testing practice.
- Continuously strive to eliminate waste, improve existing process, customer satisfaction, bring in new technologies, and thought leadership to the engagements.
- Needs to interact with various testing CoE's to ensure all the transformation initiatives are industrialized once the initial pilots are done.
- Results based Leadership style skill set with strong impact and influencing skills
- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
- Working directly with end clients to create, influence and implement the transformation road map
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability in strategy development, program implementation, team building, mentoring and planning
