We have an opportunity for an BFSI program Test Manager for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Experience: 19+ years testing experience

Job Description:

- Should have experience in Strategic account delivery 13-15 years of testing experience.

- Exp in BFSI domain, Insurance a must.

- Overseas experience is a must

- Excellent communication and presentation skill

- Very good hands on experience in creating proposals and estimating large programs / projects.

- Exposure to END to End SDLC projects is a pre-requisite

- Minimum 8 + years in Test Management positions.

- Excellent People management skills Managed 100+ member programs

- Experience managing large and complex programs with multi-party / multi-site interactions

- Experience managing large testing programs involving number of different Applications/Interfaces (numbers ranging from 10 to 100)

- Hands on experience in developing test artifacts like Test Approach/Program Test Strategy and in managing different areas of testing like Test Planning, Test Execution and Reporting. Knowledge of mpp(Microsoft Projects) is an added advantage. Knowledge of QC (Quality Centre) as a Test Management tool is preferred.

- Strong in QA Process Awareness & Adherence. Hands on experience in managing large projects with good quality outcomes.

- Experience managing different phases of testing ST(System Testing), SIT(System Integration Testing with different applications/vendors) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.

- Thorough knowledge and experience in budgetary controls and P&L management of testing projects

Primary Skills:

- Test Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management and Risks & Issues Management are essentials for this role.

- Should have an innovative mind, quick to grab on opportunities resulting in reduction in cost and faster delivery outcomes.

- Should have handled large projects teams

- Excellent leader, leads by example, creating high performance teams & motivating them

- Excellent FS domain Insurance background

- Excellent Function Testing experience along with exposure to non functional testing

- Excellent in project communication & reporting

- Excellent in Risk, Issue & Escalation management

- Should have Excellent Negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
