Test Manager

Designation - Manager - Multiple Projects (Functional Testing, Regression Testing Automation and Staff Augmentation)

Reports to - Head Testing

Location - Mumbai

Role :

- Strategize and operationalize deliveries for projects under supervision

- Spearhead the automation effort for improving testing efficiency

- Work monitoring and control on a day to day basis

- Consultation/mentoring to the module leads and Test leads on test practices, strategy and planning

- Task allocation to the team

- Liaison point for the stakeholders of the respective projects

- Provide expert guidance and consultation to the stakeholders on Testing Practices as and when needed

- Own CMMI initiatives for the projects

- People Management and conflict resolution

- Vendor Management

- Conducting Interviews and setting up training programs for project requirements

- Own project migration initiatives, create proposals and setup offshore delivery model

- To own JLT India initiatives

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in testing processes with proven experience in a wide genre of applications

- Good understanding of CMMi standards

- Automation Framework design and delivery expert

- Tool Consultation Expertise

- Hand on with Selenium Automation

Domain Skills :

- Preferable - Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance Broking application

- Preferable - Pension Product systems

General Skills :

- High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi product/service environment.

- Strong Relationship building & customer focus.

- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills

Prior Exp : 12 - 15 years of testing experience
