Test Manager - Banking & DWH

We have an opportunity for a Test Manager for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

Experience of 12+ years preferably managing Banking projects.

Must have set up Managed Testing Services and worked on ADM projects

Must have worked on conceptualizing and setting up and implementing test strategies, test designs and test improvement plans

Must be able to set up test processes, metrics across multiple projects

Should be able to understand and implement standardization, Mutualization

Work with customer to implement vision of Test Factory

Good experience in various estimation models

Stakeholder (internal and external) management experience

Strong hands on person & excellent communication

Exposure in managing DWH projects with Teradata will be an added plus
