Requirement for Test Automation Pre-Sales Lead \ Associate Manager
Purpose of job
To support pre-sales in proactive and reactive pre-sales including but not limited to Project Sizing, Solution Design, Effort Estimation, Commercials, Proposal Writing, Proof of Concepts
Role and Responsibilities
1. Project Sizing
2. Solution Design (Standalone Automation and Integrated Proposals)
3. Effort Estimation
4. Commercials
5. Proposal Writing
6. Proof of Concepts
7. Presentation Preparation
8. Presentation Delivery
Work with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Group, NFT, Delivery:
1. Propose new service offerings
2. Identify areas of innovation
3. Identify and use optimal productivity
4. Identify newer methods of Solution Integration
Required Skill Sets
- Has managed integrated automation projects (Manual and Automation)
- Has managed Regression Pack automation projects
- Has managed and successfully converted Proof of Concepts
- Has worked on HP QTP, Selenium
- Automation Solutioning, Strategizing, Framework development
- Experience in sizing, estimation and proposal writing for automation projects
- Experience in Client Presentations\Interactions on Proposal \ Sales \ Pre-Sales
- Managed and delivered automation projects with min 10 member team
- Handled \ been part of proposals and proposal presentations of 50+ man months effort
- BFSI industry work experience
Years of experience
- 10+ yrs in IT industry in Testing
- 8+ yrs of hands-on in Automation
- Pre-Sales experience of 4+ yrs
Travel Extent - Frequent short term visits

Vertically – Pre-Sales Head
Horizontally – NFT Head
