Position Summary :

- We are seeking a visionary Head of Procurement to redefine and elevate our procurement strategy. This executive role demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of building and sustaining a best-in-class procurement function. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in direct spend within the semiconductor design/testing industry and indirect procurement, with a specific focus on the complexities of electronic components and PCB sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Leadership:

- Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with Tessolve's growth ambitions, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and value creation.

- Inspire and lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Global Supplier Ecosystem Management:

- Build and maintain a world-class supplier network, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.

- Lead complex negotiations and secure strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value and competitive advantage.

Operational Excellence:

- Design and implement cutting-edge procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize procurement performance, drive cost savings, and mitigate risks.

Electronics Component Sourcing Expertise:

- Spearhead the sourcing of critical electronic components and develop vendors for complex PCBs and assemblies to

ensure a resilient and agile supply chain.

- Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements to address supply chain challenges proactively.

Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management:

- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with global regulations, ethical standards, and

corporate policies.

- Proactively manage procurement risks, including geopolitical, financial, and environmental factors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with engineering, product development, finance, and legal teams to align procurement strategies with

business objectives.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team on procurement-related matters.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 1520 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role within the

IT or semiconductor industry.

- Demonstrated success in sourcing electronic components and managing complex supply chains within the

semiconductor sector.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees (MBA/MS) and certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Skills :

- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

- Proven negotiation expertise with a record of securing favorable terms in high-stakes contracts.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and succession planning.

- Expertise in procurement technologies and analytics for informed decision-making.

- High level of integrity with a commitment to ethical procurement practices.

Preferred Experience:

- Managing procurement in a global, multi-site organization.
