The Human Resource team within Tesco HSC focuses on recruiting and managing the employee life cycle within the organization. It hires and on-boards people, develops and manages Tesco HSC's Performance Management and Compensation Strategy, runs Career Management programs, Trains & Develops people on Leadership & Operational skills, while managing all activities related to HR administration.

The Talent Rewards team at Tesco HSC forms a part of our strategic approach to effectively attract, motivate and retain the talent required to achieve desired business results by integrating key elements like compensation, Benefits, Work life, Performance & Recognition, development & Career opportunity.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate in our Rewards team at Team Leader level.

Brief Job Responsibilities :

- Support annual pay review process ensuring of completeness and compliance with annual pay review guideline and the set timeline.

- Implements compensation and benefits programs to meet the organization's objectives and to be competitive with the relevant market

- Administer Compensation & Benefit aspect prepare reports requested in timely and accurate manner, administer benefits, monthly payroll and promotions etc

- Support Business HR in C&B related matters and projects

- Regular monitoring & reporting of budgets

- Oversee and protect the operational risks for compensation & benefits function

- Responsible for providing information and data consolidation for external salary benchmarking

- Responsible to ensure all HR forms/letters and available and modified on HR tools as required

Desired Qualification : Bachelor or Post Graduate in Management

Desired Experience : At least 6 years of total experience with about 2-3 years C&B experience, preferably in a large company with large staff strength
