We at IDS Next are hiring for Territory Sales Manager - Kerala for our Sales & Marketing Team.
Job Description:
- Achieve sales target – Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly
- Cold calling in the specified market & segment to generate quality leads
- To follow up on all sales leads & inquiries
- Lead the sales process & engage the senior officer where is required
- Provide accurate input for proposal preparation based on market & competitive information
- Close deals independently as much as possible
- Meet existing customers in the territory for cross selling & up selling
- Get referral opportunities from existing customers
- Follow structured solution selling process
- To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity & provide input to managers
- To constantly be aware of new business opportunities in the territory and action these.
- To submit a daily/weekly report of all activities and update CRM
- Gain industry & domain knowledge
Desired Skills:
- Master Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Solution Selling, IT Selling
- Candidate should be passionate about sales, Great listening skills, Positive Outlook & innovative
- Must be able to follow up on leads and Inquiries aggressively.
- Should make the customer aware on the new products introduced by the company
- Should posses good interpersonal skills
- Good communicator—able to communicate in a detailed and articulate manner
- Work accurately and effectively under high pressure and deliver results
- Must be willing to travel local
