Key responsibilities :
- Monitor and report on competitors and industry activity
- To develop professional relationship with medical practitioners, surgeons, biomedical engineer, purchase department heads, sister in-charge, medical superintendents, government officials for tenders
- Collection of dues from stockist / dealer management/ Hospital payments
- To achieve the projected market share and approach business in the territory as per business plan
- Launch of new products
KRAs & Specific Roles :
- To achieve monthly sales objectives
- Territory planning
- Ensure that pricing & profitability on the products are maintained and ensured
- To plan market support & investments required for the territory
- Provide training to the end users about the new technologies, products & projects of the organization
- Contribute to new product development, promotion/distribution &customer care
- Make recommendations to the Sales Manager on business development activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets
Customer management :
- Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis
- Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction
- Develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers
- Establish solid working relationships with key players in target markets, aimed at developing and growing long term contract business and building company brand awareness
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including price negotiation and delivery
Reports :
- Submission of reports on B|Braun connect and tracking new projects of hospitals
- Keeping a follow up on new tenders floated in government accounts
- Manage a variety of existing key accounts within the company's product range
- Provide data detailing the business activities and performance against targets

Educational Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor/ Masters of science, pharmacy, biotechnology or Biomedical engineering.
Experience : 5 years. (Health care and Pharmacy/medical industry desirable)
