Job Description:
- Development of Channel Intermediaries - Brokers
- TO Ensure Retention of existing clients in coordination with the brokers
- To increase the wallet share from the assigned brokers.
- Responsible for NBD- sourcing of new client
- Development of a healthy and profitable portfolio by creating the optimal mix of products.
- Responsible for Recruitment, training and supervising Relationship Managers and periodic and daily monitoring and review of team performance.
- Organizing periodic Channel engagement activities and training for channel partners to increase stickiness with channel partners.
Education & Qualification: MBA
Experience Required: Minimum 2-8 year in Banking Industry
