KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle entire Kerala
To handle Primary and secondary sales targets for entire Kerala
Handling distributors network in the given territory
Lead and develop the team of 7-8 Area Sales Executives
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
KEY SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience as ASM
Familiar with the market in Kerala
Sales experience within General Trade is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Very good consulting skills, networking and selling techniques
