- An ideal candidate should be taking care of Ensure Primary and Secondary Sales Management, Accomplishment of monthly, quarterly and annual secondary Sales Targets and Regular Market Visit to make sure coverage, competitor activity & exploration for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the area.
- Ensuring day to day activities of Sales team of the area and report to superior and Accountable for the area's credit collection.
- Managing Systems and Compliance of Sales Force, Distributors and Retailers with regular Sales Reporting, Analyzing and Solving Territory Operational Issues.
- Leading, Motivating, Training and Development of Sales Officers, Distributors Sales and Service force and ensure optimum availability and visibility in terms of depth and width in the maximum retail points and ensure the accomplishment of Monthly Sales and Distribution Targets in the assigned territory.
- Plan for optimum outlet extension and effective coverage for attaining distribution objectives in the assigned territory.
- Plan for trade schemes to maximize the push sales in the trade level and Shipment planning for distributors for effective forecasting and supply chain management.
